Northeast Soil Mechanics LLC specializes in remediation for ground that is not currently suitable for building. Our methods include deep dynamic compaction and driving piles. Deep dynamic compaction is a process where a weight is dropped in a certain number of times at a height and pattern specified by an engineer to densify the soils underneath. Our pile driving capabilities include H and sheet piling for permanent and temporary installations.
